Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted forms of payment at The Pelican Hill Resort Online Store.
Please note that all purchases shipped to destinations within the state of California will incur a sales tax of 7.75%. Sales tax may be collected on purchases shipped to other states.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
A refund or product exchange is available if the product is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please use FedEx or Insured ExpressMail for shipment, signature required, along with a copy of the original receipt accompanied. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the product arrived damaged or an error occurred in the distribution of goods. COD deliveries will not be accepted. Please allow 7 days after the Pelican Hill Resort Online Store has received the merchandise to process a refund. (Pelican Hill Resort Online Store recommends returned packages be insured for the full retail value of the contents) Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Gift cards may not be returned or refunded.
CANCEL MY ORDER
Once the order is finalized, you may cancel an order prior to its shipment by emailing a cancellation request to: [email protected]. Confirmation of the cancellation request will be sent via email within 72 hours of submission. If the product has been shipped prior to the cancellation request, payment will be due for the shipped purchase.
Event Ticket Cancellation Policy:
72 Hour Cancellation Policy: Valid for all activity reservations made directly with the resort can be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event time for a full refund.
Event Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions:
Subject to availability at time of booking. Offer may be changed or canceled at any time at the sole discretion of the Resort. These offers are subject to cancellation at anytime by Irvine Management Company.
The terms shown on the gift cards, as well as these gift card terms, apply to your purchase and use of Pelican Hill gift cards. Pelican Hill gift cards are redeemable for eligible products and services at The Resort at Pelican Hill, including Resort stays and services, spa, golf, dining and retail. Gift cards do not have any expiration date. There are no fees or charges associated with the purchase or ownership of gift cards. Purchases paid for with gift cards will be subject to fees and taxes as applicable to the purchased product or services. We are not responsible for any unused or unauthorized use of any balance for any gift card that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission.
If a requested item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with a revised shipment date or to inform you that we cannot provide a revised shipment date. You have the right to cancel the order and receive a full and prompt refund. The option to cancel the order is available by replying with an email request that we receive before the item is shipped.
Merchandise colors may vary slightly from the color displayed on a computer monitor. Some items may be available in limited quantities.
Placing an order, acknowledgment of the order by the automated system or assignment of a customer or order number does not constitute acceptance of the order. The order is not deemed accepted until The Pelican Hill Resort Online Store processes the request and only if in accordance with the latest applicable pricing and specifications. Orders will be confirmed by email within 72 hours of submission.
